Terms of Service
The rules for using aosiq.com, and a reminder that the AOSIQ software is governed by its own open-source license.
01 Acceptance
By using aosiq.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. These Terms are entered into between you and [LEGAL_ENTITY], a Georgia [entity type] with a registered address at [PHYSICAL_ADDRESS] ("we," "us," "our").
02 What the Site is
The Site is an informational marketing presence for AOSIQ — an open-source capability-authorization runtime for AI agents and deterministic actors. The Site provides product information, architecture documentation, a threat model, a roadmap, a cost analysis, and a contact form. The Site does not host the AOSIQ software itself, does not provide a hosted instance of the software, and is not a customer portal.
03 The AOSIQ software is governed by a separate license
AOSIQ source code is distributed under the MIT License. Your rights and obligations with respect to the software are defined by the license file in the source repository, not by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms restricts, expands, or modifies the MIT License grant. If there's a conflict between these Terms and the license attached to the source code, the license controls — for the software.
04 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site to violate any law
- Submit false information through the contact form, or impersonate another person or organization
- Probe, scan, or test the Site's vulnerability without our written permission, or attempt to bypass authentication, rate-limiting, or other access controls
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its infrastructure, or its other users
- Scrape the Site for purposes of training a machine-learning model, building a competing dataset, or republishing content without attribution
- Use automated systems to flood the contact form with submissions
Good-faith security research and responsible-disclosure reports are welcome. Send those to security@aosiq.com following our disclosure policy at /.well-known/security.txt.
05 Intellectual property — site content
The text, structure, design, and graphics on this Site (excluding the AOSIQ software itself, which is MIT licensed) are © 2026 [LEGAL_ENTITY]. You may quote portions of this material for review, commentary, news reporting, or scholarship under fair use. You may not republish the Site verbatim, reproduce the visual design, or use our trademarks ("AOSIQ," "AOS·IQ," the AOSIQ logomark) in a way that implies sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement without our written permission.
06 Third-party links
The Site links to third-party resources — academic citations, industry reports, code repositories, vendor sites. We don't control those resources and we don't endorse their content. Following an outbound link is at your own discretion.
07 No warranty
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
The Site's product information — architecture diagrams, capability descriptions, performance characteristics, integration claims, statistics cited from external research — is provided for informational purposes. Decisions about whether AOSIQ fits your specific environment should be made through the design-partner conversation referenced on the homepage, with the threat model and roadmap as the primary technical references.
08 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, [LEGAL_ENTITY] and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, including without limitation lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or procurement of substitute goods or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed USD $100.
Liability arising from your use of the AOSIQ software is governed by the MIT License attached to the source code.
09 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [LEGAL_ENTITY] from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
10 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. The provisions that should reasonably survive termination — intellectual-property terms, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law — will survive.
11 Changes
We may revise these Terms. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of the page changes. Material changes will be flagged in the page header for at least 30 days. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12 Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site is the state and federal courts located in Paulding County, Georgia or the Northern District of Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
13 Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other notices we publish on the Site, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
